Once I put money into the massive washer and realised I didn’t need that big, I called and had a refund immediately. That’s unheard of at a laundry mat. I have 3 laundry mats closer to where I live I. Newcomb, they are over priced, dirty, you never know the cost or how long they will take so it’s hard to plan around the daily chores. Here, you know how much it will be, how long it will take AND it has a pet friendly washer and dryer too. Which is a life saver in winter for those muddy moments with my dog. 10/10. It has clean folding tables, detergent for free to use, and automatic door for when you have your hands full, bring coins because you can add to your dryer instead of having to pay for another full round like other places. Once I put money into the massive washer and realised I didn’t need that big, I called and had a refund immediately. That’s unheard of at a laundry mat. I have 3 laundry mats closer to where I live I. Newcomb, they are over priced, dirty, you never know the cost or how long they will take so it’s hard to plan around the daily chores. Here, you know how much it will be, how long it will take AND it has a pet friendly washer and dryer too. Which is a life saver in winter for those muddy moments with my dog. 10/10. I’m never disappointed here.”
